Cloned from github.com/gomarkdown/mdtohtml in order to
tweak the hard coded extensions.
If you have Go installed, install with:
go install github.com/gazed/md2html@latest
To run:
md2html [options] inputfile [outputfile]
Run md2html to see all options.
