(This has been very clean in Equinox et al - let me know if you want me to abandon this and add the commit to #49 instead)

@samritchie rebased; should be ready to merge.
SourceLink correctness can be validated via nuget.info
(ASIDE: if you wanted to programmatically validated, that's possible; the Argu build does it)
