Migrate over 'collapse' directive from FF Doc #19
Description
The collapse directive allows html-elements to be collapsible and expandable, this is also useful in place like the FF Console.
Currently this directive is not perfect and only implemented in the FF Doc.
Migrate the directive over to here and improve it according to issue frankframework/frank-doc#280.
