Review possibly obsolete endpoints

GET /api/v2/dataset/

High-level opinion: if the webclient does not use them, we should drop them (and remove them from the CLI client if needed).

The second and the third are not used.

The first one is used but it populates a variable that it is not used anymore.

So, they can all be removed, but it is needed also a minor cleanup on fractal-web. I'll open a related PR.

We will also have to update the CLI client first. But then I think we will remove the three of them - therefore you can already start to update fractal-web.
