Badge automatically adds ticket selection when saving if no ticket has been selected before. #8992

Describe the bug
As organizer, I added a badge for the event but didn't select the ticket and the badge was saved successfully when I clicked the next button. However, when I click back to Badge, all tickets are automatically selected for the badge I added earlier.
