The engine->framework roll is failing when running dartdoc due to dart-lang/dartdoc#2033 Looks like Dart has landed a workaround which should roll into the engine soon. |

The issue was a fixed by the dart team so this change is not needed anymore |

This seems to be breaking the roll flutter/flutter#42748
