This commit broke the WASM rendering in DevTools, due to the update in
flutter-candidate.txt.The regression from Flutter was caused by flutter/engine@def85c7, which was reverted here: flutter/engine#55715. This flutter candidate update in this PR pulls in the revert in the engine, which will fix the rendering issue we were seeing in DevTools.
Fixes #8401
