When an ordinary character string is received, it is added to a dictionary as "message".

I would like to second this pull request. Not only is this useful for legacy projects that want to use the fluent -> elasticsearch -> kibana setup for better log analysis, but it also would allow users who are interested in switching from https://github.com/yosisa/pyfluent to this library to proceed.

Please consider accepting this pull request.

I think this PR can be closed as the feature was merged in v0.4.0 from PR #18
