Qsieve needs to use memory for LP relations

Qsieve currently uses a file for large prime relations, but Bill Allombert has shown it can all be done in memory. It also needs parallelising.

Moreover, it seems like it reopens files without any particular reason. Instead, it should use fseek or freopen.
