Bug: Support rclone (WinFSP) network mounted directory

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

Files does not support network drive from rclone mounted, show error "ERROR_NETNAME_DELETED".

Requirements

I have some network drivers mounted via rclone.

Like "rclone mount Servers:dav S: --volname Servers --network-mode --vfs-cache-mode full --vfs-disk-space-total-size 100T --vfs-cache-max-size 10G --cache-dir D:\vfs_cache --no-console".

I think that may work with WinFSP , please check whether we can plan this requiewmwnt.
