fix: unlist the decomposition cheatsheet temporarily

Background

People were treating a cheatsheet like a mantra, and due to a very succinct nature of the cheatsheet, it's hard to give an accurate description of what each layer is for. I think we should remove the cheatsheet for now to prevent people getting confused, and then, after a new tutorial, revise it and publish it again

Changelog

1. Unlist the cheatsheet temporarily (it is still accessible with a direct link, but no longer present in the sidebar)
2. Remove fixed height on Docusaurus-generated images because they would stretch in an unnatural way
3. Upgrade dependencies because I can and care
