Commands in quick start fail due to non-existence of S3 bucket

In the quick start section of the README, the command:

curl https://s3.amazonaws.com/fairseq/models/wmt14.en-fr.fconv-float.tar.bz2 | tar xvjf -

fails because the S3 bucket "fairseq" bucket could not be found.

If more detail is required, please let me know here, or (if you're a FB employee) ping me on internal chat.

try wget instead of curl

wget doesn't work as well.

is not existing anymore I guess?
