Recommended server besides "pushstate-server"?

There isn't an option to bind an address when serving. It only works for localhost.

It’s not a production server, it’s what we recommend for trying to run the production build and verifying that it works, or checking performance.

For production, use whatever you would normally use (e.g. Nginx or any other static server).

Oh hah. I'm a little ignorant when it comes to setting up servers. I thought the server needed to be "pushState-enabled" or something because the one you guys suggest advertises that. I guess you're saying I could use anything... even like a super barebones express server with just the static file thing enabled?

Sure.

We recommend pushstate-server for testing because it implicitly serves index.html for any unknown route, which is usually what you want for a client-side app. In Express you'd do this by matching /* instead of /.

Hello @gaearon, I have been following your answers in this and in your previous post and I hope I will get a solution to my problem.

I have created an application using create-react-app and using PM2 to deploy the same in production. My homepage attribute sets to,

And my PM2 ecosystem config file goes below

PM2 command to deploy,

pm2 deploy ecosystem.config.js production

But whenever I run PM2, my app is errored within seconds in my remote server. The error seems to be the same which is addressed in this link.

What am I missing here?

But when I serve my app using pushstate-server everything seems to be working fine. What is wrong in my configuration settings?
