Add context to DA interfaces

context.Context should be added as first argument to:

• SubmitBlock and CheckBlockAvailability methods in DataAvailabilityLayerClient go interface
• RetrieveBlocks method in BlockRetriever go interface

Changes also needs to be applied to mock and grpc implementations.
