mnemonic word list file not found: Win8.1

I was running on the testnet last night. reinstalled same issue, promt displays this error then hangs:

reading mnemonic word list file from supplied path not found. Looked in assets/m
nemonic.words.lst. Trying next option.
reading mnemonic word list file 'mnemonic.words.lst' from source folder failed:
src/github.com/ethereum/eth-go/ethcrypto/mnemonic.words.lst.
