We can also not hold your hand getting the CI green - just look how others that where merged did it and RTFM. So as long as there is any CI check that reports an error - no human will look at this. This PR adds support for R0AR Chain (Mainnet) and R0AR Testnet already on the ethereum-lists/chains registry for its branding and icons.

This enables wallets, dApps, and explorers to recognize R0AR Chain as a standardized EVM-compatible network instead of a custom RPC.
