Update installation instructions to esp-rs/rust 1.54

Artifacts and build instructions should be updated from 1.53 to 1.54:

• Linux - x64
• macOS - x64, M1
• Windows - x64
• esp-idf Docker images
• installation manuals

Binary artifacts for Rust 1.54.0 based on https://github.com/esp-rs/rust are available:

• Linux Ubuntu 18 and compatible
• DockerHub esp-idf-rust
• macOS BigSur x64
• macOS BigSur M1 - the build requires LLVM 12 which is still in review

Artifacts 1.54.0 are not available for:

• Windows X64 - caused by problem with build

• Linux aarch64 - ESP-IDF is not available for the platform (limitation)

Only several components are required. Changed build system to build just them:

python3 x.py build compiler/rustc src/tools/rustfmt library/std --stage 2
python3 x.py dist src --stage 2

Result dist package is then composed from build/stage2 and build/dist.
