This PR allows reviewing Xtensa patches on top of xtensa_release_9.x branch.

Modify ELFYAML to support Xtensa, added simple test with Xtensa object file in YAML format.

which looks fine at first, but the declaration type does not:

we cannot classify this, so we later run into an assertion because we
assume `PT_Ptr` while the value on the stack is of type `classify(long
long)`.

Work around this by only looking at the initializer type in that case.

For the record, the command line that crashed could be extracted from
`ninja check-cxx` and was:

from the folder for `tosa::mul` since the zero value was being reshaped
to `?x17` size which isn't supported. AFAIK, `tosa.const` requires all
dimensions to be static. So in this case, the fix is to not to fold the
op.
