64bit build

[amlan-sw]

• most changes only replace int to 64bit types, like int -> sptr_t
• already tested for 30 days usage, and no problem/crash found yet
• release and new build included (maybe just reupload to base repository)
• please request addition of plugins to https://github.com/notepad-plus-plus/nppPluginList , so user can get this plugins from Plugins Admin
