llvm-link out of memory under windows

I'am compiling a big project under windows using emscripten , almost 400 cpp files.
I link batch of files between 5 to 50 depending of the size to not be out of memory.
It give me 20 .bc files of 50 Mo each. But At the end I want one file, and whatever my strategy, at the end llvm-link crash because it is out of memory.

What can I do ?

LLVM takes a lot more memory if you compile with -g (debug info). So make sure you are not using that flag.

I 'am linking using emcc without any flags, so it should not be in debug mode? Do you confirm?

If you don't pass -g to emcc, then there should be no debug info. To make absolutely certain, run LLVM opt with -strip-debug on your bitcode file, if the size decreases, then it had debug info.
