Those lines are repeated several times a second btw

@turt2live Just to be clear, when you say the "lines repeated several times a second", was that for the entire duration of key backup (implying many thousands of log lines), or just a burst of only a few lines?

During the key backup. Afterwards I visited the settings and saw similar behaviour, although not as frequently.

Hmm, okay, that's different from the behavior I have seen. Sounds like something is triggering lots of re-renders here.

Might be the endless stream of events coming to my client. React might be trying to trigger rendering the settings somehow, causing it to be noisy
