Password managers are eager to interfere with the e2e key backup setup dialog and the change password form

Both LastPass and Chrome kept trying to populate the fields with my account password, which is probably not a good password to be picking for key backups. Are we able to disable password managers or somehow indicate to them that this is something different?

Also, I just noticed that it shoved my username in the room list filter:

same issue when you open user settings - the change password form causes the password manager to try and Help.

If this is still relevant, it seems that this could be fixed by setting the correct autocomplete attribute on the form:

Fields that are not passwords, but should be obscured, such as credit card numbers, may also have a type="password" attribute, but should contain the relevant autocomplete attribute, such as "cc-number" or "cc-csc".
