Typing single quote with keyboard config using us_intl results in no single "'"

Description

On a us_intl keyboard layout, to type a single quote, I have to hit the quote key then the space key. This doesn't work in riot web and results in a white scape.

This might be an electron bug, but appeared in the 0.16.4 version of riot-web.
