Sometimes Element gives "Some of your messages have not been sent" with no clear way to fix it

It would be good if Element could give more detail about why the messages can't be sent. i.e. "They can't be sent because there's no internet connection or a different reason."

In this particular case my coworker could send messages to a different coworker but not to me.

Of note is that although a response to the unsendable message — matrix.to/#/!aQACjulWrDEvXHTwXT:kde.org/$BJsx4t9O-YnjE1pygG_Lu3Zad_nJcpUz8tCWiG6GKwE?via=matrix.org&via=kde.org&via=im.kde.org — also initially failed, it succeeded on the second attempt. The same occurs to all edits of it.

If relevant, I'd earlier encountered another strange bug when visiting a message, from the thread sidebar, in the main view:

My cited message is in response to a message that is in response to the superordinate of the message that caused me to be unable to scroll (if that makes any sense). Separate issue?
