"Search for rooms or spaces" doesn't search for spaces during setup

Steps to reproduce

1. Start creating a new (private) space
2. Skip/complete the invite users step
3. On the "What do you want to organise?" stage, try searching for spaces

Outcome

What did you expect?

To either be able to search for spaces, or the field to describe what I can find.

What happened instead?

Wasn't able to find spaces.
