Collapse button of event list summary on bubble layout should be easily clickable

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable bubble layout
2. Open a popular room
3. Find an event list summary
4. Click Expand
5. Hover the first event info line
6. Try to click Collapse link button directly.

Outcome

What did you expect?

The collapse link button should be clickable directly.

The blue area is message action bar's safe area.

What happened instead?

Since the whole link text is covered by the safe area of the single message action bar button, it is not possible to click the link button, if the info event line is hovered.
