Display name on TimelineCard does not fill the row on TimelineCard #22651

Steps to reproduce
- Open a room
- Enable a widget
- Maximize it
- Send a message to the room
Outcome
What did you expect?
The display name should fill the row.
What happened instead?
There is 28px (=64px - 36px) gap between the display name and the right border.
