Invite error dialog mentions "others" when there was only one invite, and it failed #22179

Steps to reproduce
- Try to send an invite while that server is sad to a single user
- Wait for the request to timeout/give up
- See error message
Outcome
What did you expect?
For the copy to say something like "We couldn't send an invite to this user"
What happened instead?
The dialog said it sent invites "to the other people", but there were no other people.
