Enabling URL previews for a room should be instantaneous

Steps to reproduce

1. Looking at a room timeline with URL previews disable (in my case it is an E2EE room, but I don't think that matters).
2. I want to enable URL previews for the room and click the "..." for the room.
3. Then I click "Settings"
4. I then scroll down and turn on "Enable URL previews for this room (only affects you)"
5. I close the settings pop-up

Outcome

What did you expect?

URL previews appear for links in the timeline.

What happened instead?

Nothing happened.

Workaround

Click on a different room, then click back to the room and URL previews appear.
