Accepting an invite unexpectedly teleports me into the Other Rooms metaspace

Steps to reproduce

1. I was in 'all rooms' metaspace, going through my invites
2. I accepted an invite
3. Most of my other invites suddenly vanished from the roomlist
4. I realised i had been inexplicably teleported into the Other Rooms metaspace.
5. I then have to fight the app and move back to the All Rooms metaspace in order to keep going through my invites.

Outcome

What did you expect?

I do not expect my currently selected space to suddenly change - especially between metaspaces.

What happened instead?

Metaspace suddenly changed for no obvious reason.
