Unable to select items inside "More options" with keyboard

Steps to reproduce

0. If needed (in older versions), shrink the window until the composer area shows the "More options" button.
1. Focus in composer by clicking there
2. Press Tab key until the "More options" button is focussed
3. Press Enter key to open the More options menu
4. Choose an item in the menu using the arrow keys
5. Press Enter key to choose it

Outcome

What did you expect?

The item should be activated, launching e.g. the Attachment dialog or the Create Poll dialog

What happened instead?

The More options menu closed and nothing else happened.
