Add maximise widget actions

* A pinned widget gains a new “maximise widget” button to take over the timeline space
* The info panel’s widget section gains a new action as a new button to “maximise widget”

This issue is focused on making the timeline occupy full height only. Other aspects are covered by separate issues.
