Cancelling of "Add bot, bridges, widgets" on Terms of Service screen locks application

Steps to reproduce

1. Where are you starting? What can you see?
   In a room that I'm an admin of, I click on "Add widgets, bridges & bots" on the side panel, and reach the screen that asks me to accept the term and conditions.
   

2. What do you click?
   When I click cancel button

Outcome

What did you expect?

I expected for the window to close and to be returned to the application

What happened instead?

The application locks as the "Connecting to integration manager" screen is up indefinitely
