ability to view the timeline of a space

very frustrating to be able to view the timelines of all rooms in Matrix for debugging/demo purposes… but not spaces. It would also be very useful to expose the space timeline in general to expose pinned msgs and for auditing access and state changes and even as a general purpose lobby room.

for context, debugging MSC3089 is a huge pain in the ass when you can't see the timeline of the space (given it's your file directory). Likewise not being able to see the audit trail of PLs in a space is super frustrating.
