Redaction not applied to event in file panel #19326

Steps to reproduce
Deleted images, gifs, videos, audios and documents in chat are accessable in 'show files' if already downloaded (indexed) on element desktop.
Outcome
What did you expect?
Element desktop should delete indexed files on deletion of respective message as it does in chat.
What happened instead?
Indexed files are not accessable in chat but can still be viewed in 'show files'. Deleted files are not truly deleted.
