The emoji picker is not shown fully when the sidebar is collapsed #17527
Description
The following picture shows Element for Mac with a collapsed sidebar. When clicking on the new inline Add Reaction button, the emoji picker is cut off on the left side by the Desktop/Browser window, making it unusable.
A possible solution would be anchoring the picker popup not at the bottom right corner to the inline Add Reaction button but the bottom left.
