Allow people to copy share links for spaces they are in

They might not have invite permissions, but if it's a public community then anyone should be able to copy a link to it.

(this might already be possible through the context menu, but the invite button is greyed out on the member list - this could be a "copy invite link" button instead)

Could we also have an option to copy not just the share link but the Matrix address itself (i.e. #community:matrix.org)? Sometimes people don't want to use matrix.to or they just want to quickly get the room address for sending to another person via DM or for community documentation/room descriptions, etc.

Perhaps we can add a small copy button next to the "Invite to Linux" title header? Or just flat out show the matrix address in parenthesis.

matrix-org/matrix-react-sdk#6884 fixes this by changing all invite edges to showing the mini modal which lets you copy a link
