Sidebar preview looks a little broken when minimized

Description

The preloading look for the sidebar is a bit wonky when the sidebar is minimized (happens automatically when opening Element on a vertical monitor).

Interestingly the sidebar minimises a bit further (so that the add button lines up with the room preview icons). So fixing this may just be a case of making the sidebar the correct width while showing the loading preview.

Steps to reproduce

• Open Element
• Minimise Sidebar while it's still loading
