Clearing cache clear the display name and profile picture I just set

they were updated in the settings in Riot riot-web version: 1.2.2 (using SHHS)

@AmandineLP was the cache cleared immediately after setting them? If so, I imagine it's a side effect of #8570 - the profile wouldn't be cached, therefore the app would need to receive it over /sync, but it doesn't react to the change.
