Readonly support for MSC3077 #3734
Description
With matrix-org/matrix-react-sdk#5992 and matrix-org/matrix-js-sdk#1685 being merged soon merged, it would be nice if EA had read-only support for MSC3077 - being able to receive multiple streams.
