The component can route to configured pipelines based on the observed cardinality of a set of configured metadata keys. It is intended to provide dynamic batching capability for receivers that want to use
wait_for_result: true. The component will allow such batching settings to be configurable based on the cardinality of the clients for one instance of the collector.
