This may have been a one-time failure due to a GitHub outage or a network issue. The helm chart repository appears to be working properly.

The only solution I can see here is to either retry or use a caching proxy. But I'd be in favor of closing this for now until we see another incidence.

I think the best approach here is to treat our k8s manifests as packages, fwiw elastic-agent helm chart supports that, and build the respective archives - with the appropriate retries - in the CI packaging step. Then pass the archive of these to the k8s integration test to be tested 🙂

With this PR #8575 all k8s deployment-related dependencies are vendored inside our repo so this shouldn't be a show stopper any more. It may still occur on check-ci step, but this is way lighter and more easier to retry without blocking the tests from running. Thus, I am closing this one 🙂
