Integration Plugin Support: Refactor for clarity

A follow-up to an issue comment in #33

The Repository class can be better described as "release history", since it abstracts the release history of the plugin package on rubygems and only holds a reference to the Source (e.g., a github repository). Renaming this class may add clarity.
