Support path links that contain spaces in the integrated terminal

Bug Description:

Same as microsoft/vscode#97941. The link resolver in the integrated terminal does not work when there is a whitespace in the path.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Please follow the steps from Support path links that contain spaces in the integrated terminal  microsoft/vscode#97941.
2. Clone https://github.com/nielsvaneck/vscode_space_path_bug and open it in a Theia workspace.
3. Please go ahead and execute the two Python files and see the error location in the terminal.
4. See if you can open the Python file from the terminal when there is a whitespace in the file path.
