"IllegalArgumentException: Argument not valid" errors reported with Sticky scrolling enabled

• Enable sticky scrolling with 4 lines
• Open https://github.com/eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.ui/blob/master/Jenkinsfile in the IDE (via Git repositories view)
• Scroll through the file
• Observe errors
• Switch to other editors and back
• More errors
• Most likely regression from [StickyScrolling] Move text and style calculation to StickyLine #2412, last week it was working without errors

Also saw errors in Java editors as well.

Thank you for reporting this issue.
It appears to be related to the 4-line limit. I usually test with the default limit of 10 lines, which is why I did not encounter this error.
The issue should be resolved with the mentioned PR.
