Context Schema doesn't resolve

Describe the Bug

Most new schemas import the context schema. That however isn't yet resolvable returning HTTP 404.

Expected Behavior

I think this behavior is somewhat expected. The 2024/1 release didn't have this artifact. The new schemas might require new URIs.

Possible Implementation

We could obviously just deactivate the PR-check that prohibits changes on release artifacts but perhaps, that's there for a reason.
