Statistics.php not found

Recently, the Statistics module has been removed in core from Drupal 11 and this module is now maintained by fgm.

But the statistics.php path is hardcoded in frontControllers, and it's not possible to change the path in asset-file or with plugin events.

I modified the Installer.php file so that it detects the presence of this module.

Can you check my PR ?
