Update EnyimMemcachedCore to 2.5.4
Issue:
Using EnyimMemcachedCore v2.5.4 along with EasyCaching.Memcached v1.6.1 in a project fails.
In assembly: EasyCaching.Memcached, Version=1.6.1.0,
the class EasyCachingMemcachedClientConfiguration extends IMemcachedClientConfiguration
IMemcachedClientConfiguration is present in Assembly: EnyimMemcachedCore,
The assembly EnyimMemcachedCore was updated to have a bool variable UseSslStream on April 7 2022 (v 2.5.4).
But the assembly EasyCaching.Memcached still uses v 2.5.3 of EnyimMemcachedCore internally. (csproj link)
So if we try to update the EnyimMemcachedCore to latest version, it will clash.
