Automatically bump Homebrew formula

With a Homebrew formula for .NET in place with Homebrew/homebrew-core#60929, it would be great to set up CI such that action-homebrew-bump-formula or bump-homebrew-formula-action could automatically bump the Homebrew formula every time a new version of .NET is released. I can assist in tackling this if you think this would be a good addition.

I can't think of a big reason not to do this. I assume the automatic trigger helps you maintain the Homebrew package vs. having to notice the update through some non-integrated tag watcher (or manually).

One question: How do you propose getting your PAT into the secrets cache for this repo? (I'm not familiar if GitHub actions has some good way to do this, or if you'd have to send it via public key encryption (or something) and trust us to handle it properly.)

I hope you or some other maintainer (perhaps preferably a bot user of some kind) could create a PAT and add it as a secret in this repository, then I don't even need to know what it is, only that it exists and under which name.
