@marcpopMSFT, @nagilson, @MiYanni should we close this PR because another PR generated by the 10.0.1xx branch that's been around for 3 weeks (#50946)? However, according to the github-merge-flow.jsonc file, we should use this PR instead of #50946. Which PR should we keep?

we should close the 10.0.1xx one unless a bunch of effort has been made to fix it. It doesn't look like it's close as it has a tone of failures so I'd close that one, let 1xx flow to 2xx and 2xx flow to main.
